J. Justin Woods is a community lawyer, planner, and strategist that has been solving public problems, and advancing sustainable and equitable communities for over 20 years.
He represents and serves individuals, companies, nonprofits, and government agencies as they pursue new opportunities or deal with various problems or challenges. Prior to private practice, Justin was a municipal planner, professor of public administration, and county administrator.

Jillian Weet Woods, MSW
Director of Childcare & Support Services
Jillian Weet Woods is a master social worker, domestic engineer, and homeschool teacher.
She is responsible for preschool, childhood education, and extracurricular activities. She also helps in the office with administrative support. Her support and partnership makes everything possible.

Office Manager & Outlaw Singer/Songwriter
Kay is the Office Manager/Legal Assistant supporting all aspects of the practice.
Prior to joining our team, Kay was the Business Manager for Americar. She is also an accomplished singer/songwriter touring as a soloist or in her duos "Ghost Town Ramblers" with Lou Kaplan, and "Kay & The Miracle Cure" with guest artists. She has over 200 original songs and performs around the Central New York as well as Nationwide at various music festivals.
